Monitor function to know if empolyees login?

Hi,
we use SugarCE Version 5.2.0j (Build 5804)
I'm wondering if there is any function of admin to monitor wheather employees log in CRM or not ,and when do they log in , what kind of functions do they use the most?

I didn't see this functionality in SugarCRM.
But you can see them in a table "tracker" .

the tracker table is in the community edition

You need have access to database.
Tracker table exist in the community edition
