We recently upgraded to Sugar Community Edition Version 5.2.0c (Build 5505) and also use Google Apps for Domain. In terms of email, we prefer using Google's web interface over the SugarCRM client, however are still keen to keep tabs on messages relating to specific contacts, projects, cases etc.. What would be my best option? I.e. maybe an account such as sugar@mydomain.com could be monitored and included as a BCC on selected correspondence, or alternatively a cron job could still check email accounts for updates. Of course Sugar would need to accommodate the fact that messages may appear in more than one IMAP folder due to the way in which GMail 'labels' function.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
