More moderators please

Sugar folks ... can we have increased moderation ... there's a big handful of spam posts on the forum that have been there for several hours ... the less airtime these people get the less the forum will get bothered by them

Hi salesagility

We do the best we can do.
Unfortunately we can not stay online 24x7.
As soon as I notice a spam message I either remove the message (if I am a moderator on related forum) or I report the message to moderators / administratos.
Actually everyone is welcome to report bad messages.

Posts that are reported are removed as soon as possible. Since we're US-based, we typically only get spam messages removed from 9:00 to 21:00, which is pretty good coverage most of the time.

I am completely aware and very appreciative of the effort you put in ... but you're right ... it's not 24/7 and the spamming does seem to be getting worse.

Matt ... You guys do a splendid job ... but there is a window outwith these times where the spammers seem to operate with impunity and the volume seems to be increasing ... or I'm getting crankier with age ... which may be the stronger of the two possibilities
