When a scheduled call is made, what is the most elegant way of rescheduling it and recording the fact that a call has been made, the date and time of the call, and the reason for reschedule.
Currently we edit the scheduled call, make a note of why the call was unsuccessful, the set the call status to held, save the record, then rcreate a new sceduled call ..... it's all a bit clunky.
Are we missing something?
