Move sugarCRM

I need to move sugar to another folder.

How this can be done?

I've tried moving directory structure, but I have problems eith admin modules (at least with upgrade)

Did you change 'site_url' in config.php?

That does not change --> same url

I modify my virtual host config tp point to other location, but upgrade script is looking for old one (it is set somewhere, but where?)
