Question Moving from RT (Request Tracker) to Sugar?

    Hi,
currently I am using Best Practical Request Tracker to create trouble tickets for a small IT support company.
RT does not have an integrated calendar, so its not possible to assign tickets to dates very easily.

Would Sugarcrm OS, be overkill for my needs do you think? I wont be using it for any type of sales or sales force management but a decent contacts database and calendar which can be accessed from anywhere would be great.

With RT at present a user can send an email to a particular address and it will generate a trouble ticket and send them back
an email with the ticket number etc, I assume this sort of thing is more than possible in sugarcrm OS?

I'd welcome any ideas folks have about this one?

    thanks
    Mike
