It's best to setup separate Sugar instances for separate businesses. Biggest issue is data security.

I believe if you are managing different business with differeent sites, Than its better to use different for each sites. Because if you use same sugar than security issues comes in consideration and it also increase complexity to understand data flow and setting integrity constraints.

In fact it is a specificique request that we want to implement for a customer
The Purpose is that software will have to allow to manage several agencies on several sites. The user will be connected with a contour. An user will be attached that in the single site (agency).
I searched on the net but not to find how implementer this
