We are planning to move to SugarCRM. Now, we have customers all over the world and correspond with them in 2 to 3 languages. This poses specific issues with salutations. E.g. If there is a german speaking male customer I normally want to adress this person with "Sehr geehrter Herr Foo". However, if this person receives an english mailing, he should be addressed with "Dear Mr. Foo". There are more issues similar to the one I described.

Did anybody else have the same issues? How was it solved? Are there any plugins to SugarCRM that solve these kind of issues?
