I am looking at Sugar CRM for our Australian Support Centre. Currently we use an 'inhouse' developed tool. We have a number of companies we provide support to and will need to limit their access to their company only. Within each company we support they may also have different levels of access (eg some users will be restricted to review only, others will be enabled to submit an issue). All of our consultants will need access to all, one or some of the companies. Therefore the security matrix will be complex. Is it possible and how much effort is involved with Sugar CRM to establish and maintain this sort of security?
