Multiple contacts in a meeting

My customer wants to be able to create a meeting that has several contacts from one company. Upon returning from the meeting they want to be able to document what happened at the meeting and have that history show in each of the contacts history. If I understand Sugar that is a one to many action and not something that native Sugar supports? Anyone done any work to provide this function. I am new to Sugar so perhaps there is a way to do this and I have missed it.

Meetings OOTB have many-to-many relationships with Meetings, so this should already work. Is there something that doesn't do?

When I create a meeting and choose contacts I can enter only one contact. If I were to go into studio and add additional contact fields would they then populate all of the contacts history when I close the meeting?
