multiple fields

I was wondering if the was a way to enter information into a form or something that will continue to post to a collective area.....for example....

I would like to collect debts, with fields such as Balance, Payment, rate, etc.... and have them fill out a form and continue to have that form post to an area called Liabilities. I am new to sugar, so be gentle!

I am not sure I completely understand the end goal, perhaps you can elaborate if I've misunderstood...

Are you saying you want to pull up a form with some fields on it and then have the data collected on that form be stored in separate areas within Sugar, i.e. some of the data would go into an area customized as Debts and the other part in an area designed for liabilities?

Or are you saying you just want different fields for collecting that type of information, but ultimately can be part of the same module or functional area of Sugar?
