Multiple Lead Source

We have a booth at many trade shows. We need to keep track of our leads applying at our booths. Let's say we create "ABC 2008" and "ABC 2009" in Lead Source.

If the prospective customer attend the "ABC 2008" show that's one lead. If they attend "ABC 2009" show, that's another lead and of course it'll be considered as a duplicated lead.

What's the best way to keep track of prospective customers attending more than one show?

We do something similar but the Lead Source will be either just Conference or ABC Conference and the Lead Source Description would be ABC 2009.

Simple: Use a multi select rather than a dropdown.
Sophisticated: Use campaigns. The one on the main screen as the first point of contact, the others down in the subpanel (I hope they fixed the bug - no they didn't - select button is missing for contacts). On this way (albeit restricted to leads) you get a perfect history including dates. And a trade fair is a campaign kind of thing. Plus it helps you to foloow up by generating contact lists from campaign participants for a follow up email or telephone shot.
