Multiple module search

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me with with this :

I have a module Contact with a relationship with Certifications. I'd like to search specific Contact with different status linked with specific certifications.

I know that if I put all the informations in the edit form of the Contact module, it would be easier, but I need to have more details of the certifications section.

Is it possible search informations linked to other module? I tried to make a target list to get to what I need, but it seem to be a basic search.

I don't know if I understood your needs.

You want to add a new field into Contacts SearchView which points to a field into Certificate module.
Then when selecting some data from this field into Contacts SearchView you want to get the Contact List filtered by this field, like:

Display all Contacts whose Account type is 'Advertiser'.
Is this your need?
If yes so it is possible to do, but this require create some code.

First, thank you for taking the time to answer to my question.

I think that you understood correctly.

Some contact have a certificate X. I want, from the contact search view, access to contact that have the certificate X. If anyhow this is possibile, can you help me getting to that point.
