Default Multiple tasks / follow up

How would you go about creating a defined task list / reminders to complete certain tasks and apply them to leads or contacts? For instance after you speak with someone on the phone you want to send an email in one week, call the day after you send the email, send a card in a month. Is there a way to automate adding those 3 tasks to a lead?

I would like to have multiple sets of tasks that I can apply to a lead

    Thank you.

That type of stuff is generally done via Workflow Automation, but that feature only exists in Pro/Enterprise. If you are using Community Edition, you might be able to do that via the Process Manager module available on sugarforge.org.

Thank you for the fast reply. I am just exploring options to use Sugar for my real estate company. I have 4 other agents and myself. It appears that the site you sent me has a few different plugins called "Process Maker", "Workflow Engine", but I am not sure. However, I do not see a module called "Process Manager" - would you point me to the one you are thinking of? Also, do you have any other suggestions for using Sugar as a B2C crm in the real estate sales industry?
