MyCRM Connector Tool for Google Docs

Hi Guys

Please advice me here on how MyCRM Connector Tool for Google Docs plugin works with sugar proffesional 6.2.4. I have configured this but when i am testing it, it does not give me option to either view, edit or browse for the documents that i created on google docs.

Or else can you just give me instructions on how to test this plugin if there is any other than the 1 i am trying to use as a test case.

Did you do all the steps in the Readme Before Installaion?

You can also contact them directly for support - maybe they will help with the install issue you're having.

They also have a trial of the Pro version - probably they will help you get that working - and in doing so - explain why the Free version wasn't working - and show how to fix it...

The problem is that there is no test cases somewhere to assist on how this plugin works. I have configured it successfully and also test the connection and the connections between google email account and sugarcrm was successful.

I have tested this by going and create a document on my gmail account and share it with everybody but when i go to sugarcrm's documents to try and access it, then it is not accessible via sugarcrm.

But that i am not quite sure if this is what this plugin has to do.

Any idea on how this plugin should work or another way of testing it will be greatly appreciated.

I have searched the web for days trying to figure out how to trigger a sync between google and SugarCRM with the MyCRM connector tool. All I've found is that a sync must be triggered, but not one site has any information on how to trigger it.

Why does an open source app like SugarCRM not work with any open source email programs like Evolution or Thunderbird? It's seems like no one at SugarCRM headquarters wants us to own our data or move it freely to & from SugarCRM. The csv files exported by SugarCRM don't import anything useful into Gmail or either of the programs mentioned earlier. Why is it so difficult to get my contacts out of this program? If I had known this about SugarCRM I never would have tried it. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response on questions concerning this issue.
