Default 'Name' field in Contacts plus other Studio advice

Just wondering how the 'Names' filed in the contacts module works. I like the idea that its a calculated field based on what you enter in first name and last name, but I can't figure how its implemented. is there an option to add other calculated fields like this within Studio, or some other way perhaps?

Also I have an annoyance as the Contacts Edit form always displays a Title field before the First Name field, even though this is not specified in the form layout. Why is this the case - I presume this is hard coded?

On another matter, is it possible to add radio type buttons to a form - so optionally one or another?

Finally is there a way to have check boxes such that if one is disabled, it then greys out sum sub category check boxes, then checking the parent will enable these sub-check boxes?

    Thanks, Paul
