I'm new to Sugar CRM. I would like to know few details of the open source Sugar CRM product.

1. Is there a provision to integrate Sugar CRM with other systems?
2. What about high-availablity of Sugar CRM?
3. What are all the data bases Sugar CRM can work on?
4. Any specific hardware requirements?
5. Any specific software requirements?
6. What are all the OS, Sugar CRM is compatiable with?

I am a developer. We are actually started looking at few products where we can use or can customize based on our requirements.

It would be very helpful if some one addresses my doubts which have furnished in this mail.

If you have doubt, I can tell you that SugarCRM counts several thousands of satisfied customers and is the best crm product for midsize companies.
