Need to get a div with some fields on lead_source field click

Hi,

I am new to SugarCRM, i am in need of the following stuff,

(ie) We are having the Lead Source as Drop Down
Lead Source >> Call | Existing Customer .. like that ...

I need to get a div tag that might contain a single field or groups of fields while any one of the fields (ie) Lead Source is clicked

Are you meaning display / hide a div depending on selected option on Lead Source dropdown?

(ie) when we click any of the Flelds within the Lead Source , we should be able display/Hide a div which will contain some fields (ie) any text fields
