Need help in configuring common calendar for all users

Hello all,

I am new here and i have just installed SugarCRM 5.0.0g on Ubuntu 8.04 - Intel platform. I am in need of configuring system wide settings for a set of users and the main function would be to display the same calendar for all users.

For example, a user called admin, would log in and create a calendar every week with events, tasks etc, How do i make this available to all other users i just readable format.

Hi Avinash.

I'm not sure I understand properly your needs. Can you explain again?
I believe what you need is offered in the Shared Calendar.
But explain again to make sure.

I am having a pretty similar need. I need to get a shared calendar for the whole company, and we want it to where you can see everyones activities on 1 calendar, and 1 person will be making the changes or adding schedules for all of our users. and I would like to see it in the full month view. Any help would be appreciated.
