    Default Need help with Outlook Module

    I've just purchased the Outlook synch module, and I can't get it to find my company's server. My company's internal URL is an https:// address. The Error Message says "Please confirm that your Sugar Suite URL is correct in SugarCRM settings." I copied it from the url in my browser, so I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

    Tony, I'm no expert but the https may be the problem.

    Is anyone else running the Outlook plug-in connecting to a secure SugarCRM webpage?

    Tony, any chance you can change the server so the sugar pages can be accessed through just http:// for testing purposes only?
    If that then works, then it might indicate that the bug is with the Outlook plug-in not being able to connect to a secure webserver.

    Hi,

    I will be testing against https:// when the 4.2 Outlook module get released that works with fully patched .net envrionments.
    I'll post back here when it is done
