I need to install SugarCRM in my company.
The company works in the agricultural industry. sells the phone.
CMR is used for the following steps:
- Everyone has access to its customer base
- Each after contact with the client to describe what was the contact.
- When a customer wants to buy something is a module in which the sales contract is filled with (who buys what you are buying, price, place of delivery)
- The order of the contract must go to the person who pursues
- Must be able to write the rules (did not you call the customer two weeks, please call)

Is Sugar crm is suitable? What additional modules are needed?
