In need of a sugar dev

Don't know if this the right place to post it, so sorry if it isn't.
I'm looking for sugar dev for a small project. I have a module that keeps track of student attendances and I would like to build few enhancements to it.
So the module keeps track of few things, student ID, teacher id attendance date, start & end time.
THe enhancements that I would like to add are as follows grouped by the views
-The edit view:
when attendance is being edited and upon saving I would like to add some custom validation against the attendance that are already in the system(i.e. that specific student doesn't have a session on that day already)

-The DetailView:
Right now I have a way of entering only one attendance at a time, but I would like to have capability to enter 10 at a time. THen upon saving run the new data from the form being posted against whats currently in db to see if there are any issues. I have an outline of all the rules/validations that I would like to have.
