New to this forum - question

Hello,

I am new to this forum and would like to understand from the SugarCRM community their interests in the voice enablement of SugarCRM applications. For example the creation of a "click-to-talk" feature where they could speak directly to an agent.

I have two questions:
1) Is this an acceptable usage of sugar Forge forums
2) How best to reach the sugarCRM Community - in which fourm should I post?
