    Default New to SugarCRM..Need help

    Hi
    As the thread title says, I am new to SugarCRM and want to learn it
    I know what a shopping cart is, what a forum is but when it comes to CRM, I guess there are lots of terms/definitions etc and functionalities which have to be understood
    Can someone tell me how to go about getting in depth understanding of SguarCRM( and CRM in general)
    Anything I can play around which makes me feel how it actually work in real life?

    Once again is there any glossary of terms which explains the common vocabulary in CRM
    like leads, opportunity etc?
