Hi there, I am completely new to SugarCRM but have installed it on a server at our office to test it out. We are a software company that makes/distributes about 12 different products, and about 4 different services to clients. I have used Goldmine before for CRM, but far prefer SugarCRM as most of our sales staff work from home in remote locations.

The thing that struck me as missing immediately with SugarCRM is a way to segregate Accounts & Leads by Product interest. I'm not sure if there is any add-on module that will give this, but what I need is to be able to associate a particular product line with a lead as it comes in. Our customers are not typically buying multiple products from us - they get one specific product and that's that. But we have thousands of customers, so alignment of customer to product is crucial for us and occurs at the first time we create a lead/account for the customer.

Is there a way to integrate products into SugarCRM so that I can organize leads, etc. by product interest?
