A new tab to view filtered accounts

Hello,

I have been using SugarCRM for the last few weeks and am very impressed with it.

I need to create a new tab that lets me view only accounts that are active, i.e., only those that have my custom account field 'active' set to true. Is there an easyish way to do this?

I believe there is no easiest way to do this. It requires some customization and thinking.
