Newbie Question: Billing/Invoicing

I was directed to sugr as a viable solution for my web design company. It seems to have most of the features I need. However I would like the ability to generate quotes for customers, invoice customers, and process payments for those customers. I see there has been discussions on these types of features, but I was not able to find if anyone has a workable solution for this. Please let me know if there is a way to integrate with quickbooks, or have sugar handle the most basic of billing/accounting functions.

Basic quoting, invoicing functions are available in Sugar Professional upwards, not in the OS version. Hope this helps?
