I have just started playing around with SugarCRM. Our company is considering a switch to Sugar from our existing CRM program. In trying out the features, I cannot seem to create a backup successfully. (admin...backups). After supplying a directory and filename, I click the button to create the backup, but I get a blank page. I have tried several variations of directory paths; nothing works.
I had originally loaded Sugar on a Linux box. When I ran into trouble, I loaded it on a Windows machine, but the problem persists.
What am I doing wrong?
