No Displayed Data In Dashboard

Hi, I have put data and amounts in my opportunities, all that info shows on my home page BUT the data does not show on my Dashboard where all my reporting data should be. The page just says No Displayable Data. Please Help.

Same problem here - I've tried refreshing it, removing the graphs and loading them again, log out and log in as a different user, to no avail.

Any idea?

and yes there is one package installed, that i have created through module builder .
i am facing the same problem .

I'm using the following:

Sugar Community Edition Version 5.1.0b (Build 4905)

It's hosted on a third party's site (siteground.com) who host lots of other Sugar sites as well.

Any pointers appreciated.

This appears to be an issue on permissions with the cache/xml directory. If you chmod the directory to say 755 it displays. Only problem where I've seen this is that Sugar seems to consistently write these files with the wrong permissions. At the moment I'm working around this by running a cron that constantly updates the file permissions for that directory. It's a bit of an ugly fix.

I am having the same issue, Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150). Has anyone on this thread discovered a solution yet?

They were working for me yesterday, but not my co-worker.
I tried to add a new one, and like a tumbling house of cards they all quit working.
I tried rebuilding/ repairing every setting to no avail.

We're running CE Version 5.1.0b (Build 4905) at Siteground
I have installed two packages. The upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1.0a, then the small upgrade to 5.1.0b.


I also am getting and "Undefined" message at the top of the screen for a myriad of different activities.
Any Dashlet change. Any Studio change. Not sure if they are related.

Someone suggested that it was a permissions problem. That does not appear to be my problem. Permissions on /cache/xml are 755, just as they are supposed to be.

What now Oly?
