Thread: no mailbox...

    Default no mailbox...

    using the latest open source (4.2.1a).
    created a mailbox to monitor using imap, when checking email is sugar i can retrieve the messages.
    however, when creating capmaigns > email marketing, the drop menu for "use mailbox" defaults to "none" and there are no other selections when opening the nemu.. it just doesnt recognize the mailbox i created.
    both inbound and outbound mail are working when composing \ recieving email in sugar.
    what am i missing here ?

    Hi amirtal333,

    You need to go to admin, click on the Manage Mailboxes under Inbound Email. Click on the mailbox you want to edit, scroll down to Email Handling Options. Click on the dropdown box on field Possible Actions to select Bounce Handling. Don't forget to click Save. Now you will be able to select the mailbox in Email Marketing.
