I inherited our installation of Sugar CRM v4.5.1 and just getting up to speed.

When I create an employee and then convert them to a user, I do not see the option to set the password as it says there should be in the documentation. I am login with an account with admin rights.

Is there a setting or configuration I need to be aware of to set the password and send it to my new users?
