Im trying to find some more details around non-functional features of sugar but unfortunately I cant find much information, such as;
- the amount of data supported by import/export facility
- number of maximum workflows allowed
- downtime associated with the on-demand version
- average response time
- max number of custom objects allowed
- data backup/restore
- etc etc
