Not able to send email through a campaign

Hello,

I am new user of sugarcrm. I have installed sugar5.2.0 on my server. I have configured email and have checked it. Its working, But after that i have made a email campaign through campaign wizard, its doesn't send the test email as well as scheduled emails. It shows a massage that email has been sent. But no email coming.

Please help me out.

Go to admin -> Manage Email Queue
Check the queue list. And select all the emails from queue then “send queued campaign Emails”.

If the queue hasn’t any email list, check you campaign configuration.

Make sure you have the Schedulers running that pertain to email and Campaign handling. There are two of them; one for processing bounced emails and one for sending campaign emails.

is there any option in sugar crm through which these queued emails will automatically send to users?

Yes,
exactly as Susie said you have to configure the schedulers esp. the one for outgoing campign emails.
In the manual there is an exact description how to set up this schedulers.

Is your system an unix system? Then it should run.
If it is a Windows system you should add the full path of php.exe before the php.exe call of the scheduler job.
