    Default Notes in Bug Tracker

    When I enter a note to one of my bugs (because an engineer asked something) the note disappears. Is it saved? Do the developers see it? I am kind of confused because I'd like to give them some additional infos but if they do not get it?
    Maybe somebody can shed some light on this.

    Can you please provide a little more information?

    Using Sugar CE 5.2c, I was able to create a bug. Then, in the Detail view of the bug, I clicked the 'Create Note or Attachment' saved a note. The relationship (related to) between the note and the bug was auto linked, and when i saved, i could see the note in the History subpanel.

    Are you doing something differently? Have you modified the Notes module in any way?

    Rob is talking about the sugar bug tracker, not the sugarcrm app itself.

    Yes, sorry when it came across wrongly. And just to answer my own question - it seems as if our friends on the mainland do see what I wrote even though I do not see it. At least I think so because one of them replied to my reply.
