notify the users about documents

Hi.

Is possible when i create or update a document in sugar community edition, send an automatic notification to the users?

The idea is maintain all the users notified when a document is published (or modified).

Can sugarCRM do that automatcly?

Hello,

There is no way to set this up via the Admin section in the community edition. The PRO and ENT versions of Sugar have a built in workflow that allows you to set up and automatically email your users with this information.

Your other option is to build in a workfllow into the code which to perform this function.
