onchange event and javascript function in country drop down

Hi

I have replaced the country textbox in Address Field to Drop Down using this link

I have attached the screens ...

Now i need is to make the Default country to be selected as "INDIA" and i need to add javascript onchange event on to the "primary_address_country" field and where to add the javscript function for that event...

(ie) I am in need to make the city textbox to be autocomplete to list all the Cities in INDIA ...

I need help that how can i make the code changes to achieve my task
