Hi there,
In the university that I work we use one central email where the students send their questions about application, enrollment and so on, but multiple users have access and are allowed to reply through this email.
The problem is that is getting harder to keep track of the replied emails; sometimes an email is replied by more than one user because they opened it at the same time, and many times the question answered was the same asked before by another student but the user answering needs to write it again and this costs a lot of unnecessary time and effort.
So I wanna know if there's a way to manage this things with SugarCRM, I hope that there is!
