"Only my items" functionality in Leads

I didn't get any response to a question I posed in the Help forum about having "Only My Items" functionality in the Popup Picker of the Leads module (the general question should apply to most modules, but I am specifically interested in the Leads module).

I thought I would post a link to that item here to see if anyone might have any thoughts or suggestions.

forgive me if I am interpreting your message incorrectly but I believe that functionality exists when you set Roles in Admin
