Default Open Source vs. Bought Version

What are the features in the 'bought' version of SugarCRM which can't be found in the OpenSource Sugar Suites, particularly in Sales Management? I have been trying to look for the Report Tab in my Sales Management Suite (Open Source) version but can't find it. May I please know what are the features/modules that are not present in the OpenSource version?

The base feature which will be common is that both will suck.

You loose data often. Funny things happen without provocation. You create one record, two gets created. You delete one two gets deleted. Sometimes records wont save, etc. etc.

One great thing which is common is that support quite similar in both.

Not quite sure how you come by these statements - our organization has over 130 Sugar-based installations, and we have never once heard of an example of data loss or duplication (other than perhaps duplicated records from a bulk import, or Outlook sync gone wrong). And in fact - I believe yours is the first post in the entire forum that has mentioned this sort of issue. So - if you are basing these comments on your experience in one specific installation, I suggest you think about reinstallation, and verifying the revisions of the stack you are using are supported.

Have to agree - integrity has been great so far. And it's a concern you could try replacing the default MyISAM tables with InnoDB which are ACID compliant.
