    Default Opportunity HIstory Question

    Is there any way for me to configure sugar oppounity activities to appear in the history of the account that the opportunity if with. My sales people would like to be able to see activities such as calls in both the opportunities history and the history at the account level

    yes, if calls and other activities are scheduled against the opportunity, then they will appear in the opportunity history

    Can I make this opportunity history also apear in the account history?

    Or do I have to drill down to the opporunity level

    No, the history will be related to the Opportunity, not the Account

    Actually it is possible, but not an easy to implement feature.
