    Unhappy Opportunity List Duplicates After Conversion

    I just imported about 10 opportunities. The user assigned was admin upon import. I then modified each opportunity by assigning a real sales users. Now there are duplicates for each opportunity. The funny thing is it only appears in the opportunity List applet. The database table looks good and dashlets all reflect opptys correctly.

    Can someone please help?

    just check your version and then check your listview layout. I've seen bizarre mass update behaviour where the assigned user is the last column. If that's the case put something else there. If you're not latest and greatest on version then I'd upgrade.

    Hi empatey

    Did these Opportunities exist on database related to another Account?
    Take a look at the table accounts_opportunities.
    Check if there is two records for the same Opportunity.

    I would have to go through accounts and keys at the database level. The only solution was to delete and reimport accounts. Good thing I'm not in production.
