Opportunity workflow

Hi all,
I am on a trial version of SugarCrm. I see that in the sales "tab" called "product". I want to be able to create an opportunity and choosing in this opportunity which product are part of this possible deal. Do you have an idea if this can be done?

I supposing you are evaluating SugarCRM PRO, right?

On Opportunities DetailView you can see the subpanel Quotes.
When creating a Quote under an Opportunity you will be able to add one or more Products from Catalog, so you then can accomplish an indirect relationship between an Opportunity and a set of Products.

Thank you, but I dont want to use the quote in order to do that. Is there no way to have the salesperson choosing in a menu which product is involved in the opportunity. The products here are high value investment opportunity. I just want to avoid that one sales write in the opportunity "crop fields argentina" and another write "agribusiness argentina" which won't help for doing reports extractions. does that make sense?

Build a many to many relationship between Products and Opportunities ... then users can create the Opportunity and slect the product that relates to that opportunity fro the Opportunity>Products sub panel

Thank you I thought so this would be possible, but when I looked the guide it seems that you have to go into coding to do that kind of things....is there an easy way to edit the opportunity form in order to create this many ton many relationship???

Sorry for the previous question, everything became much clearer when I found the Studio part...
I notice that even if the Product tab does not exist it is possible to create it wia module builder and a bit of editing...
I just to understand why they don't auto add the import function with it.
