You have to edit the editview are of custom in sugarcrm. For this purpose you have to experienceco in PHP coding.

If the Call and Task EditView will be opened in the QuickCreate you need to extend the buttons "Schedule a Call" and "Schedule a Meeting". At the extended button you need to pass the fields you need to fill in the EditView.
If the Call and Task EditView will be opened in the Full Form you can create a custom controller to fill in the fields.
