One of our contacts opted out via Sugar and now we cannot add his email address into his Outlook contact. We are using the Outlook plugin. Any thoughts?

One of our contacts opted out via Sugar and now we cannot add his email address into his Outlook contact. We are using the Outlook plugin. Any thoughts?

It sounds like it is working as designed. Only way around it would to uncheck the opt out.

I checked and he is not opted out. Anything else I can look at?
