    Default Organizing business contacts

    Hello everyone!
For my job, I have to travel a lot, to communicate with different people. After all, I have hundreds of business cards. Once in a while, I have to call those people personally about our products or theirs.
What is the best way I can do all this stuff in Sugar? how to save the business cards - are they contacts or leads?

Thank you, and sorry if it's a stupid question - I am new to Sugar.

    Hi Karina

You can add them as Lead because they don't bough anything.
After some communication if you are ready to send them a proposal then you can convert the Lead to Account/Contact and create a new Opportunity.

    Thank you for quick reply.
However, my main concern is how to keep track of who I have or have not called??? Having hundreds of business cards, I can forget to call or I can forget that I have already called....

    Thanks a lot

Use the status value on the Lead entry to indicate it.

For example, a status of "Qualified" could equate to the fact that you called them already, etc.
