Other Crm Products

Ok, so I tested the Sugar CRM and I find it appalling! It has so many flaws I don't even know where to start! Has anyone tested some other products? I'm more interested in something for the pharmaceutical industry. Until now the best was the Adami CRM which honestly surprised me in a very good way and if we don't find something better (lost confidence after the Sugar disaster) we will stick with this smaller company that has a great support!

You didnt test hard enough, Sugar is a good product, one of the better ones for sure and quite usable.
