About LinkBacksI was wondering what we need to do to get this working, we have outlook links in the system, but have no clue how to link them up.
I know there is an office plugin, but I think that one comes with the pro+ version.
Any ideas?

If you look in the forge there are several outlook integrations ... if you're running outlook 2007, then I recommend the Kinamu connector
