Outlook Calendar Plugin that will tag contacts - Does it Exist?

I run Sugar 6.0.1 Professional, hosted by SugarCRM.
I have many salespeople that use Outlook as their calendaring method. Currently, we run productivity reports on what they do via SugarCRM. The users CAN sync their outlook meetings into Sugar via the Outlook plugin, but the don't because its too much of a hassle - The issue is - these meetings are not tagged to a contact or an account, andwe need that info in sugar.

I contacted SugarCRM support and they said there is no way to tag a contact to an appointment and sync it to Sugar. Does anyone know of a 3rd party plugin that will allow our users to do this?
