I'm running Outlook 2010 with the Sugar Outlook Add-In
It worked OK for about a week, but now whenever the add-in is enabled I cannot send emails from any account in my Outlook Client. All emails get stuck in the Outbox. WIthout the plugin installed, emails in the Outbox waiting to be sent are Italics and Bold. When the SugarCRM plugin is enabled, they are not Italics nor bold. It's as though Outlook thinks the email is still open being edited.
So for now I've had to disable the add-in, which is not a long term solution. A CRM without Office Integration is pretty much pointless these days.
Any ideas will be much appreciated.
