Hello,

I am working on both the latest version of sugarcrm i.e. 3.5.0 and 4.0 versions.

I want to integrate the Outlook plug-in with this i have donwoladed this plugin and i can create and search contacts,opportunities,cases and accounts. but how this works exactly don't know.

I have even checked the installation guide for this but could not get much clear idea that how this outlook plugin works and how useful it is for sugarcrm application.

Can anybody provide me additional informations on this and how to set the plugin working with sugarcrm application

There is also new plugin available for word please provide the information on this - how it works and how to install with sugarcrm application.
